Welcome to Equity in the IT Classroom. Many instructors in Information Technology and Computer Science are aware that IT and CS tend to be white male fields. Their experience, however, is that few women or people of color enroll in the first place or if they do, they often drop out without completing the program.

This course will explain why it happens and present sensible and feasible actions you can take.
