Click on the Flash or the Text button on the left to start the course. When you complete part of the course, you will be able to start where you ended at your previous session.

To take this course, you should have a Pentium II PC or above with Windows 98 or better or a Mac OS 9, at least 128 RAM, and Internet access. If you do not have a high-speed connection, you could find that some of the animated sequences are slow to load.

The course has been developed entirely in Macromedia Flash and requires a Flash 6 Player for viewing. If you do not have the correct player, click the Flash Player 6 button to go to the download site. The text version of this course was designed for older computers and for accessibility. Interactive exercises are not included and the text version does not require a Flash player. All graphics in the text version, such as menu buttons, contain tags to aid in accessibility.
