Each of the four modules or units consists of objectives, content, and interactive exercises. Most modules also have an "Outside the Box" exercise that gives you the opportunity to try something that doesn't involve your computer.

The structure of this course follows a sequence that will enable you to understand and remedy gender and racial/ethnic problems that might otherwise cause your female students and students of color to drop out.

We understand the temptation to go straight to “the answers” in Module 4, but until you know what's broken, you don't know how to fix it. You will be better served if you go through the entire course in order.
