| Each
of the four modules or units consists of objectives, content, and
interactive exercises. Most modules also have an "Outside the
Box" exercise that gives you the opportunity to try something
that doesn't involve your computer.
The structure
of this course follows a sequence that will enable you to understand
and remedy gender and racial/ethnic problems that might otherwise
cause your female students and students of color to drop out.
We understand
the temptation to go straight to “the answers” in Module
4, but until you know what's broken, you don't know how to fix it.
You will be better served if you go through the entire course in
order.
